LacNav is designed to process the absolute minimum amount of data necessary to function:
We do not collect names, email addresses, account information, or any other directly identifying personal data.
LacNav does not use the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
All map data, zones, and points of interest are stored locally on your device. We operate no user-data servers. Data on your device is retained until you delete the app or clear its storage.
Where requests to the weather provider involve a transfer of your IP address and location to a server outside Switzerland or the EEA, this is necessary for the requested service to function (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b); nDSG Art. 17(1)(c)).
LacNav is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly process data from children under 16.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of any personal data we hold about you, and the right to data portability. Because we do not collect personal data identifying you, in practice there is nothing to request — but you are welcome to contact us at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and in the EU with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect on publication. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (e.g., via in-app notice).

By downloading or using LacNav, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). LacNav is provided by Tobias Kern, a private individual based in Switzerland ("we," "us"). Contact: support@lacnav.ch
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use LacNav on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We retain all intellectual property rights in LacNav.
You and we acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for LacNav or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for LacNav. In the event LacNav fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. We — not Apple — are responsible for addressing any claims relating to LacNav, including product liability, legal-compliance, and intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government restricted-party list. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using LacNav.
LacNav is a navigation aid. It is not a substitute for official nautical charts, mandatory safety equipment, local regulations, or your own judgement on the water. Always carry the equipment required by Swiss and local maritime law and follow all applicable maritime rules.
We make reasonable efforts to keep zone data, points of interest, and weather information accurate and up to date. However, conditions on the water change rapidly and the data may contain errors or omissions.
LacNav is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for any decision made on the basis of information provided by the app, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (in particular for intent or gross negligence under Swiss law, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Downloaded map data reflects conditions at the time of download. We recommend updating regularly and at the start of each season.
LacNav Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy; we do not process payments directly.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble LacNav, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (b) use LacNav in violation of any law or regulation; or (c) interfere with the security or integrity of the app.
You may stop using LacNav at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect on publication. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (e.g., via in-app notice). Your continued use of LacNav after material changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, UK, or elsewhere where mandatory consumer protection law applies, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding LacNav.
LacNav is published in English, German, French, and Italian. In case of conflict between language versions, the German version shall prevail for users in Switzerland, and the language version corresponding to the user's country of residence shall prevail for consumers elsewhere.

Sofern Anfragen an den Wetterdienstanbieter eine Übertragung Ihrer IP-Adresse und Ihres Standorts an einen Server ausserhalb der Schweiz oder des EWR umfassen, ist dies für den angeforderten Dienst erforderlich (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO; Art. 17 Abs. 1 lit. c DSG).
LacNav richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren, und wir verarbeiten wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern unter 16 Jahren.
Gemäss dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) und, soweit anwendbar, der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung oder Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten sowie das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit. Da wir keine Sie identifizierenden personenbezogenen Daten erheben, gibt es in der Praxis nichts anzufordern — Sie können uns jedoch jederzeit kontaktieren.
Sie haben zudem das Recht, Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde einzureichen — in der Schweiz beim Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) und in der EU bei der Aufsichtsbehörde Ihres Wohnsitzlandes.

Wir gewähren Ihnen eine persönliche, nicht übertragbare, nicht ausschliessliche und widerrufliche Lizenz zur Nutzung von LacNav auf Apple-Geräten, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren, gemäss diesen Bedingungen und den Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Alle geistigen Eigentumsrechte an LacNav verbleiben bei uns.
Sie und wir bestätigen, dass diese Bedingungen ausschliesslich zwischen Ihnen und uns bestehen und nicht mit Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple ist nicht für LacNav oder dessen Inhalte verantwortlich. Apple ist nicht verpflichtet, Wartungs- oder Supportleistungen für LacNav zu erbringen. Sollte LacNav einer geltenden Garantie nicht entsprechen, können Sie Apple benachrichtigen; Apple wird Ihnen den Kaufpreis erstatten, und darüber hinaus bestehen keine Gewährleistungspflichten von Apple. LacNav ist ein Navigationshilfsmittel. Es ersetzt keine offiziellen Seekarten, keine vorgeschriebene Sicherheitsausrüstung, keine lokalen Vorschriften und nicht Ihr eigenes Urteilsvermögen auf dem Wasser. Führen Sie stets die nach Schweizer und lokalem Schifffahrtsrecht vorgeschriebene Ausrüstung mit und befolgen Sie alle anwendbaren Schifffahrtsregeln.
Wir bemühen uns angemessen, Zonendaten, POI und Wetterinformationen aktuell und korrekt zu halten. Die Bedingungen auf dem Wasser können sich jedoch schnell ändern, und die Daten können Fehler oder Lücken enthalten.
LacNav wird "wie besehen" und "wie verfügbar" ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung bereitgestellt, soweit dies nach geltendem Recht zulässig ist. Soweit nach geltendem Recht zulässig, schliessen wir jede Haftung für Entscheidungen aus, die auf Grundlage der von der App bereitgestellten Informationen getroffen werden, mit Ausnahme der Haftung, die nach Gesetz nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann (insbesondere für Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit nach Schweizer Recht sowie für Tod oder Körperverletzung aufgrund von Fahrlässigkeit).
Nichts in diesen Bedingungen schränkt gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte ein, die nach geltendem Recht nicht ausgeschlossen oder eingeschränkt werden können, oder schliesst diese aus.
Heruntergeladene Kartendaten spiegeln den Stand zum Zeitpunkt des Downloads wider. Wir empfehlen, die Daten regelmässig sowie zu Beginn jeder Saison zu aktualisieren.
LacNav Pro ist ein einmaliger In-App-Kauf, der von Apple abgewickelt wird. Rückerstattungen unterliegen der Rückerstattungsrichtlinie von Apple; wir wickeln Zahlungen nicht direkt ab.
Sie verpflichten sich, (a) LacNav nicht zurückzuentwickeln, zu dekompilieren oder zu disassemblieren, ausser in dem nach geltendem Recht ausdrücklich zulässigen Umfang; (b) LacNav nicht unter Verstoss gegen Gesetze oder Vorschriften zu nutzen; und (c) die Sicherheit oder Integrität der App nicht zu beeinträchtigen.
Sie können die Nutzung von LacNav jederzeit durch Löschen der App beenden. Wir können Ihre Lizenz aussetzen oder beenden, wenn Sie wesentlich gegen diese Bedingungen verstossen.
Wir können diese Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Die aktualisierte Fassung tritt mit Veröffentlichung in Kraft. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen werden wir Sie mit angemessener Frist im Voraus informieren (z. B. über eine Mitteilung in der App). Ihre fortgesetzte Nutzung von LacNav nach Inkrafttreten wesentlicher Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen Schweizer Recht unter Ausschluss seiner Kollisionsnormen und des UN-Kaufrechts. Ausschliesslicher Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten sind die Gerichte der Schweiz. Sind Sie jedoch Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz in der EU, im EWR, im Vereinigten Königreich oder in einem anderen Land, in dem zwingende Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen Anwendung finden, behalten Sie das Recht, in Ihrem Wohnsitzland Klage zu erheben, und es gelten die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen Ihres Wohnsitzlandes.
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen in vollem Umfang wirksam. Diese Bedingungen bilden zusammen mit der Datenschutzerklärung die gesamte Vereinbarung zwischen Ihnen und uns in Bezug auf LacNav.
LacNav wird in Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch veröffentlicht. Bei Widersprüchen zwischen den Sprachversionen ist für Nutzer in der Schweiz die deutsche Fassung massgebend; für Verbraucher ausserhalb der Schweiz ist die der Sprache des Wohnsitzlandes entsprechende Fassung massgebend.

Lorsque les requêtes adressées au fournisseur météo entraînent un transfert de votre adresse IP et de votre localisation vers un serveur situé hors de Suisse ou de l'EEE, ce transfert est nécessaire au fonctionnement du service demandé (art. 49, par. 1, point b RGPD ; art. 17, al. 1, let. c LPD).
LacNav n'est pas destiné aux enfants de moins de 16 ans, et nous ne traitons pas sciemment de données d'enfants de moins de 16 ans.
Conformément à la loi suisse sur la protection des données (LPD) et, le cas échéant, au Règlement général sur la protection des données de l'UE (RGPD), vous avez le droit d'accéder à vos données personnelles, de les rectifier, de les effacer, d'en limiter le traitement, de vous opposer à leur traitement, ainsi que le droit à la portabilité. Étant donné que nous ne collectons aucune donnée vous identifiant personnellement, il n'y a en pratique rien à demander — vous pouvez néanmoins nous contacter à tout moment.

LacNav est une aide à la navigation. Elle ne remplace pas les cartes nautiques officielles, l'équipement de sécurité obligatoire, les réglementations locales ni votre propre jugement sur l'eau. Emportez toujours l'équipement requis par le droit suisse et le droit maritime local et respectez toutes les règles maritimes applicables.
Nous nous efforçons raisonnablement de maintenir les données de zones, les POI et les informations météo à jour et précises. Toutefois, les conditions sur l'eau évoluent rapidement et les données peuvent contenir des erreurs ou omissions.
LacNav est fourni « tel quel » et « tel que disponible », sans aucune garantie expresse ou implicite, dans la mesure maximale autorisée par la loi applicable. Dans la mesure maximale autorisée par la loi applicable, nous excluons toute responsabilité pour toute décision prise sur la base des informations fournies par l'application, sauf lorsque la loi ne permet pas l'exclusion de cette responsabilité (en particulier pour faute intentionnelle ou faute grave selon le droit suisse, et pour les décès ou dommages corporels causés par négligence).
Aucune disposition des présentes Conditions ne limite ni n'exclut les droits légaux dont vous bénéficiez en tant que consommateur et qui ne peuvent être limités ou exclus en vertu de la loi applicable.
Les données cartographiques téléchargées reflètent les conditions au moment du téléchargement. Nous recommandons une mise à jour régulière, ainsi qu'au début de chaque saison.
LacNav Pro est un achat unique intégré à l'application, traité par Apple. Les remboursements sont soumis à la politique de remboursement d'Apple ; nous ne traitons pas les paiements directement.
Vous vous engagez à ne pas : (a) procéder à l'ingénierie inverse, à la décompilation ou au désassemblage de LacNav, sauf dans la mesure expressément autorisée par la loi applicable ; (b) utiliser LacNav en violation d'une loi ou d'un règlement ; ou (c) porter atteinte à la sécurité ou à l'intégrité de l'application.
Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser LacNav à tout moment en supprimant l'application. Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier votre licence en cas de manquement substantiel aux présentes Conditions.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour les présentes Conditions de temps à autre. La version actualisée prend effet à sa publication. En cas de modification substantielle, nous fournirons un préavis raisonnable (par exemple via une notification dans l'application). L'utilisation continue de LacNav après l'entrée en vigueur de modifications substantielles vaut acceptation des Conditions actualisées.
Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit suisse, à l'exclusion de ses règles de conflit de lois et de la Convention des Nations Unies sur les contrats de vente internationale de marchandises. Les tribunaux suisses sont seuls compétents pour tout litige. Toutefois, si vous êtes un consommateur résidant dans l'UE, l'EEE, au Royaume-Uni ou ailleurs où des dispositions impératives de protection des consommateurs s'appliquent, vous conservez le droit d'agir en justice dans votre pays de résidence et les dispositions impératives de protection des consommateurs de votre pays de résidence s'appliquent.
Si une disposition des présentes Conditions est jugée inapplicable, les autres dispositions demeurent pleinement en vigueur. Les présentes Conditions, conjointement avec la politique de confidentialité, constituent l'intégralité de l'accord entre vous et nous concernant LacNav.
LacNav est publié en anglais, allemand, français et italien. En cas de divergence entre les versions linguistiques, la version allemande prévaut pour les utilisateurs en Suisse, et la version correspondant à la langue du pays de résidence prévaut pour les consommateurs établis hors de Suisse.

LacNav non è destinato a minori di 16 anni e non trattiamo consapevolmente dati di minori di 16 anni.

LacNav è uno strumento di navigazione ausiliario. Non sostituisce le carte nautiche ufficiali, l'equipaggiamento di sicurezza obbligatorio, le normative locali né il tuo personale giudizio sull'acqua. Porta sempre con te l'equipaggiamento richiesto dal diritto svizzero e dal diritto marittimo locale e rispetta tutte le norme marittime applicabili.
Compiamo sforzi ragionevoli per mantenere aggiornati e accurati i dati delle zone, i POI e le informazioni meteorologiche. Tuttavia, le condizioni sull'acqua cambiano rapidamente e i dati possono contenere errori od omissioni.
LacNav è fornito "così com'è" e "come disponibile", senza garanzie di alcun tipo, espresse o implicite, nella misura massima consentita dalla legge applicabile. Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge applicabile, escludiamo qualsiasi responsabilità per le decisioni assunte sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'app, salvo i casi in cui la responsabilità non possa essere esclusa per legge (in particolare per dolo o colpa grave secondo il diritto svizzero, nonché per morte o lesioni personali causate da negligenza).
Nulla nei presenti Termini limita o esclude i diritti legali di cui benefici in qualità di consumatore e che non possono essere limitati o esclusi ai sensi della legge applicabile.
I dati cartografici scaricati riflettono le condizioni al momento del download. Si consiglia di aggiornare i dati regolarmente e all'inizio di ogni stagione.
LacNav Pro è un acquisto unico in-app gestito da Apple. I rimborsi sono soggetti alla politica di rimborso di Apple; non gestiamo i pagamenti direttamente.
Ti impegni a non: (a) eseguire il reverse engineering, decompilare o disassemblare LacNav, salvo nella misura espressamente consentita dalla legge applicabile; (b) utilizzare LacNav in violazione di leggi o regolamenti; o (c) compromettere la sicurezza o l'integrità dell'app.
Puoi cessare l'utilizzo di LacNav in qualsiasi momento eliminando l'app. Possiamo sospendere o risolvere la tua licenza in caso di violazione sostanziale dei presenti Termini.
Possiamo aggiornare i presenti Termini di tanto in tanto. La versione aggiornata entra in vigore al momento della pubblicazione. In caso di modifiche sostanziali, forniremo un preavviso ragionevole (ad esempio tramite avviso in-app). L'utilizzo continuato di LacNav successivo all'entrata in vigore di modifiche sostanziali costituisce accettazione dei Termini aggiornati.
I presenti Termini sono regolati dal diritto svizzero, con esclusione delle sue norme di conflitto di leggi e della Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite sui contratti di vendita internazionale di merci. I tribunali svizzeri hanno giurisdizione esclusiva su qualsiasi controversia. Tuttavia, se sei un consumatore residente nell'UE, nello SEE, nel Regno Unito o altrove ove si applichino disposizioni imperative di tutela dei consumatori, mantieni il diritto di promuovere azioni nel tuo paese di residenza, e si applicano le disposizioni imperative di tutela dei consumatori del tuo paese di residenza.
Qualora una disposizione dei presenti Termini risultasse inefficace, le restanti disposizioni rimangono pienamente efficaci. I presenti Termini, unitamente all'Informativa sulla privacy, costituiscono l'intero accordo tra te e noi relativo a LacNav.
LacNav è pubblicato in inglese, tedesco, francese e italiano. In caso di discordanza tra le versioni linguistiche, prevale la versione tedesca per gli utenti residenti in Svizzera; per i consumatori residenti fuori dalla Svizzera prevale la versione corrispondente alla lingua del paese di residenza.
